Interested in coming to TidalWave with a group of friends? Our Boardwalk Suites are available for those who wish to experience TidalWave Music Festival in comfort and style!
Includes ALL GA & VIP amenities.

- A private suite with comfortable seating for 20 guests with an amazing view of the main stage – (20) 3-day passes included

Your purchase will be broken up into separate payments, so you don’t have to sweat the cost!
- Add your passes to your cart in Front Gate, and under Payment Information click “Select a Layaway Plan.”
- Payment amounts, dates of processing, and all fees will then be displayed.
- Choose your payment method and checkout!
For declined payment, there is a 10 day grace period after its processing date. Layaway Plans can be used for GA, VIP Beach View, VIP Boardwalk Lounge, VIP Reserved Seating and Hotel Packages.

If you need to purchase passes or pick up passes, visit our Box Office located at Boardwalk Hall. If you are picking up passes, please have a photo ID and your Front Gate Tickets order number.
Terms & Conditions
- All passes are ticket price plus applicable fees
- Ticket Limits for Presale are: 8 GA, 4 VIP Beach View, 4 VIP Boardwalk Lounge, and 4 Reserved Seating per household.
- Ticket Limits for Onsale are: 8 GA, 8 VIP Beach View, 8 VIP Boardwalk Lounge, and 4 VIP Reserved Seating per household.
- Children 6 and under are free in GA.
- Accessible seating locations will be provided for individuals with disabilities & their companions.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Resale of passes is strictly prohibited.
- Event will be held outdoors and is rain or shine.
- Artists subject to change.
- Wristbands typically ship around 4 weeks before the festival.
- Once you purchase your Festival Pass, you will receive ONE WRISTBAND prior to the festival.
- Keep your wristband in a safe place. Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband or it will be void.
- There is a $10 Wristband Replacement Fee for wristbands that have been lost, damaged, or tightened too tight before placing on wrist.
- Wristbands cannot be transferred or exchanged for any reason.
- Any entry policies including COVID-19 safety protocols and bag policy are subject to change.
