No. Unauthorized vending of any kind is strictly prohibited on and around TidalWave Festival. This will be strictly enforced.

The TidalWave Music Festival will take place on the Atlantic City Beach. We’re located at One Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.  

We’ll see ya on the beach!

TidalWave is dedicated to the health and safety of our fans, staff and artists. We will update if any safety protocols are needed as we get closer to the festival dates.

If you need to purchase passes or pick up passes, visit our Box Office located at Boardwalk Hall.

If you are picking up passes, please have a photo ID and your Front Gate Tickets order number.

Box Office hours will be shared a little closer to the festival.



  • Sunglasses, hats, fanny packs
  • 1 reusable gallon sized bag of snacks will be allowed in
  • Empty reusable bottles (you can fill them up at our free water stations)
  • Small camera with no detachable zoom lens or flash
  • Personal beach towels are allowed (you cannot use it to “hold spots” around you)
  • Lawn chairs: low-profile beach chairs, PuffPacks, or bag chairs. They must be set up in the designated chair zone. Chairs may not be set up close to the stage and no holding spots.
  • Prescription medicine: All prescription medicines must be in a marked bottle along with photo matching ID
  • Baby Strollers with accompanied child
  • E-Cigs

No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller and clutch-style bags 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm).  All other bags larger than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm) must be smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) and clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome.


If you are bringing prescription medication, please make sure that it abides by the following:

  • The medication is carried in the original manufacturer container.
  • The medication has a prescription label.
  • The label matches your government-issued photo ID.
  • You will need to advise the security guard of your items at the gate, who will contact the medical team to get your medications officially cleared by them.

We’ll open gates around 1pm each day and end each night around 11pm.

You will be able to exit and re-enter the festival up to 3 times a day for whatever reason you see fit (including GA pass holders). If you need to enter and exit more than 3 times a day, please send us an email at info@tidalwavefest.com.

Of course! First Aid tents will be onsite staffed with Paramedics. Please ask any staff member and they will point you in the right direction. Here is some other important safety info to note:

  • Wear some type of shoes/sandals – the sand can become very hot.
  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
  • Take a picture of your Driver’s License and keep on your phone for ID purposes.

We will to those who are of legal age and have a legal state ID. This is a country music festival, isn’t it!?

Yep! Everyone will have access to the ocean during TidalWave!

There will be lifeguards on duty inside the concert site and swimming will be permitted until just before dark per the guidance of onsite lifeguards.

There will be no smoking on the beach.

Attendees are NOT permitted to bring any of the items listed below into the venue:

  • Outside alcohol
  • Glass bottles or containers
  • Blankets
  • Zoom lens cameras, selfie sticks, go pros, drones, or any other recording devices
  • Coolers or large bags
  • Illegal substances
  • Umbrellas
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Musical instruments
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Sharpies, stuffed animals, markers, or spray paint
  • Tents, umbrellas, or shade structures of any kind
  • Flags/totem poles
  • No glitter or mylar is allowed of any kind
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters
  • Grills
  • Wagons
  • Aerosol cans of any kind
  • Toys, water guns or squirt guns
  • In-line skates, roller skates, skateboards, or bikes
  • Balloons/balls/inflatables
  • Sticks, bats, or clubs
  • iPads or tablets
  • Any item deemed to be unsafe by venue management
  • Selling of merchandise or unauthorized/unlicensed vending. Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, stickers, sampling, give-a-ways, etc
  • Laser pointers or glow sticks
  • No outside beverages are allowed inside the festival other than a factory sealed 20 oz. water bottle. However, we encourage everyone to bring in a reusable cup to refill at our free water stations to help reduce plastic on the beach and help protect the ocean.

Yes! Please note, if your fanny pack is larger than 6″x9″ it will have to be clear. If your fanny pack is 6″x9″ or smaller, it does not have to be clear.

Any bag larger than 12”x6”x12” will not be allowed into the festival.

There are plentiful port-a-johns and hand washing stations on site for General Admission patrons. For VIP, air-conditioned, flushable restrooms are provided.

Yes! Check out our Passes page and reserve your locker for the weekend.

There are plenty of parking garages in the area, visit http://www.atlanticcitynj.com/!userfiles/pdfs/ParkingMap_citymapFeb18.pdf for locations.

Yes! We will have places you will be able to recharge your phone. We’ll release a venue map closer to the festival where you can view the locations.

Boats will not be allowed to anchor off shore near the festival and will be highly patrolled by local authorities.

No cash will be accepted at the festival but you’ll be able to pay for things using: the Cashless program on your wristband, credit cards, debit cards or Apple Pay/Google Pay. Just in case, we’ll also have a location on site where you can exchange cash for prepaid cards.

An alumni is any person who attended TidalWave Fest in 2022!

The Alumni Presale is a password protected presale. This presale has ended.

We’ll start distributing wristbands approximately 4 weeks prior to the festival.

We do not sell ANY paper tickets for TidalWave. Be aware, we see guests arrive with invalid wristbands, fake paper tickets and fake confirmations that have to be turned away at the entrances. The only way to guarantee you have a valid wristband is to purchase directly at TidalWaveFest.com, Front Gate Tickets, or Verified Ticketmaster Exchange. Any other websites selling passes cannot be verified as having valid passes.

Yes! We’ll have a box office/will call location for anyone picking up passes or purchasing (if passes are available).

Don’t lose or break that wristband. Wristbands that have been tampered with will be void and lost wristbands cannot be replaced for any reason. There is a $10 Wristband Replacement Fee for wristbands that have been lost, damaged, or tightened too tight before placing on wrist. Please email info@TidalWaveFest.com if you have questions.

If your waitlist request is approved and paid for, but you would like to refund the passes you purchased because the pass you requested was not available, then please email your original Front Gate Tickets order number as well as your new order number to info@tidalwavefest.com for further assistance.

Waitlist tickets will be released as they become available. You will receive the waitlist offer when your turn comes up, should they become available. You are not guaranteed an offer to purchase tickets.

If tickets become available to purchase and your request is approved, you will be sent a waitlist confirmation. Please review this confirmation to ensure that your information is still correct. Unless you opt out of your request by the date listed in your email confirmation, you will then be charged the full amount requested to your stored Payment Method.

If you need assistance with tracking your wristbands, please reach out to Front Gate Tickets or Info@TidalWaveFest.com. Please note Wristband Distribution will begin approximately 4 weeks out from the festival.

You are the only person who may use your wristband and cannot pass it to another to use. It should be placed on your wrist tight enough that it cannot slip off. Wristbands that have been tampered with or shared with someone after already used will be void and cannot be replaced for any reason.

All sales are final.

We sure hope so! There’s always a chance of passes selling out so we suggest purchasing sooner than later! 

Register your wristband once you receive it here on our website (be sure not to put the wristband on until you get to the festival).

It protects your investment and assigns that wristband to you. Plus, you’ll have the option to sign up for Cashless and the opportunity to be a part of our 2024 Presale when details are announced.

When you register your wristband, you’ll also have the option to sign up for Cashless. This means that you can link a credit/debit card to your wristband and pay for things at the festival using the swipe of your wristband. You’ll also choose a preferred PIN number that you’ll use anytime you make a purchase so it stays protected in case you lose it.

Fans now can sell and purchase through Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange. If you can no longer attend and wish to resell your ticket, sign into your Front Gate Tickets account and under “Your Account,” select “Order History” to list your ticket on Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. Festival passes purchased through an unauthorized source and/or are counterfeit will not be allowed entry.

Please note, VIP Reserved Seating Passes are not eligible for resale.
